By using or accessing our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of use as they apply to your use of or access to our website.

If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions then you may not use our website.

Our website is a place for you to select and order car hire in Spain. Details of the car hire and the supplier are shown on our website next to each product. Car hire is subject to the Terms and Conditions imposed by the supplier. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions of sale of the supplier and these Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of the supplier shall prevail.

By using this site you acknowledge the contract for sale and purchase of the car hire in question is exclusively a contract between yourself and the supplier of the car hire.

You will be subject to the specific terms of the supplier of car hire set out below:

THE MAIN DRIVER OF THE HIRE VEHICLE MUST HAVE A VALID CREDIT CARD UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED

Perfect Car

The car hire prices include:

Unlimited mileage, airport fees, VAT.

Basic Insurance with a €500 Euros excess this can be covered at €17 Euros per day. If the 'All Inclusive' option is take it will include fully comprehensive supplier insurance with: CDW: Collision Damage Waiver is included with no excess 

[ACCIDENT/POLICE REPORT FORMS MUST BE FILLED IN IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE TO THE CAR OR CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED]

Free additional driver included with 'All Inclusive' option only.


The car hire prices do not include:

The insurance does not cover lost keys, interior of the car, inadequate fuelling and theft of the vehicle with the keys inside. In case of damage the hirer is liable for such items.

Tow-away service due to client's negligence, traffic fines, damaged tyres etc

Theft of personal effects

Loss or damage to car keys (replacement cost €120 Euros).

Damage to glass, tyres, interior, top and bottom of car fines, clutch and tracking coats

Special cleaning charge for the interior or exterior of the car if it requires additional cleaning (€100 Euros).  

Baby seat (18 months – 3 years) €5 Euros per day with a maximum of €50 Euros per rental

Booster seat (3+ years) €5 Euros per day with a maximum of €50 Euros per rental

Maxi Cosi (0-18 months) €5 Euros per day with a maximum of €50 Euros per rental

ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE OUT OF HOURS BETWEEN 22-00 AND 08-00 €35 EUROS

Fuel: Perfect Car operates a full to full fuel policy. If the car is not returned with the same amount of fuel as collected you will be charged for fuel and a refuelling fee.

Requirements:

A valid credit (or debit card if the 'All Inclusive' option is taken) will be required by the main driver at car hire collection point. 

Additional Driver if 'All Inclusive' option not taken:  €5 Euros per day with a maximum of €50 Euros per rental

Drivers must be 21 years of age and have held a valid driving license for at least two years.

Drivers under 25  €4 Euros per day with a maximum €54 Euros per rental

Drivers 75 and over €4 Euros per day with a maximum €54 Euros per rental. Free if the 'All Inclusive' option is taken.

Groups may contain similar models to those specified. No model can be guaranteed in any group.

ALL PRICES ARE FOR THE RENTAL ONLY (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED). ADDITIONAL EXTRAS ARE PAID LOCALLY ON ARRIVAL

Please note that the contents of our website are aimed at users aged 16 years and above, but you must be over 21 years to hire cars using the payment methods on our website.

Buying Products on our website

To order car hire you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on the relevant order page.

Details of the prices for the car hire and the procedures for payment and collection are displayed on or through our website. The price of the car hire is the price in force at the date and time of your order. The price of the car hire may change before you place your order. We try to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by the supplier as part of the acceptance procedure. We will inform you if the car hire price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the car hire at the correct price.

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering car hire which may be offered by us on our website will be correct.

The following applies to any information you provide to us, for example during any registration or ordering process:

If you obtain or choose to buy car hire through our website then we may collect information about your buying behaviour and you send us personal correspondence such as e-mails or letters then we may collect this information.
• You must ensure that the personal information you provide is accurate and complete and that all ordering details contain your correct name, address and other requested details.

Applicability of Online Materials

You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of our website and use of all information contained within it. This will not affect any rights which you may have warranties or otherwise against the suppliers.

All Products you purchase from our website irrespective of whether we are the seller or not will be covered by such guarantees and warranties as are provided by car hire supplier and we accept no liability for them. All other express or implied terms, conditions, warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to the car hire, our website or any information or service provided through our website are strictly excluded. We will do our best to ensure that all materials and information published on our website are accurate, but please note that all materials and information on our website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis.

Exclusion of Liability

In relation to the purchase of Products, we accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business (whether direct or indirect), however caused, even if foreseeable. In circumstances where you suffer loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the viewing, use or performance of our website or its contents other than as a direct result of purchasing car hire, we accept no liability for this loss or damage (except where we have been negligent) whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause and whether on the part of hirecarsinspain.com or our servants, agents or any other person.

Cancellations

There are no charges made for cancelling car hire with hirecarsinspain.com, but there will be no refunds given for rentals ended early, late collections, no shows or cancellations made after the rental start date.

These terms and conditions replace all other Terms and Conditions previously applicable to the use of our website.
