What makes us stand out from the rest is our aim to save you money on your car hire which can be done in various ways for example which supplier has the best fuel policy for your needs (please click here for more information), what size of car is best for you and what extras you will require and which supplier will be the cheapest for those extras. We try to go that extr mile to make it easy and affordable
We have over 20 years of car hire knowledge and if we can’t answer your question straight away we will find the answer for you.
With the cost of renting a car in Spain at an all time low suppliers have increased and added many extra charges. We here at Hire Cars in Spain understand how difficult it can be to trawl through the terms and conditions to work out what you will actually have to pay on arrival so a quick e-mail or telephone call to us means we can talk through the best deal for your needs. We have many house owners that use us for this very reason and we try to answer your e-mails as quickly as possible and we are more than happy to ring you back no matter where you are!
We try to keep customer up-to date with the goings on in the car hire world and any great deals we have with regular e-mails (don’t worry we won’t bombard you) or you can like us on facebook or follow us on twitter.

We understand how important having the correct fuel policy for your needs, so we have a number of different options available. Here are the options available with each supplier:

Econorent offer: Full to Full and full to empty fuel policies depending on the car you choose (this will be clearly marked next to the car group).

Dickmanns offer: Half full to empty fuel policy.

Solmar offer: Full to empty but if you add €35 Euros to the rental cost you can have a full to full fuel policy.

Goldcar offer: Full to empty fuel policy but unused fuel will be refunded (less the operational and logistics costs) when requested by the customer when returning the car.

Drivalia: Full to Full and full to empty fuel policies depending on the car you choose (this will be clearly marked next to the car group).

Al Andalus: Full to full fuel policy

Depending on your requirements it is often far quicker to collect your car off airport than it is on airport for a few reasons: on airport suppliers often have small offices than they would prefer as they are built by the airport and they can only serve so many customers at one time they also tend to be larger suppliers (due to the costs involved in being in the arrivals hall) this means many holiday and business people use them which means queues can be very long (upwards of 2 hours in some locations). Most off airport suppliers are less than a few minutes away (usually have an office on the airport road) meaning you are in and out in less than 20 minutes. We understand it is not always easy being shuttled to an office when you have children but letting your partner and children sit in a café while you go and get the car might be better than being stuck in a two hour queue!
We understand off airport locations may not work for everyone so we do have office in the arrivals hall at most airports and if you are still unsure why not e-mail us at help@hirecarsinspain.com

All suppliers are different but the price online is for the rental of the car only with this it will include the basic insurance, airport fees and VAT, a lot of our suppliers will include an additional driver but please check. Most suppliers will charge for baby seats, GPS and one way drop offs. The fuel policies of the supplier are always important as it can make a cheap rental expensive and vice a versa. Unfortunately we do not have a crystal ball so we can never be sure what each supplier is planning and rates change weekly and sometimes even daily! We do however recommend booking as soon as you book your flights as that will secure the car you want. Quite often the price does come as it gets closer to your departure dates and if it does then as with our price promise all you have to do is e-mail us at help@hirecarsinspain.com and let us know and as long as the car is still available we can book it at the cheaper rate (please note you will be liable to any new terms that by not have been in place at the time of booking). Obviously if there is a shortage of cars and they put the prices up due to demand then you can relax in the knowledge your car is already booked

This is no problem and free to do so. All you have to do is e-mail us at help@hirecarsinspain.com the new details and we will make the necessary changes and send you a new car hire voucher.

At Hire Cars in Spain we really do value your loyalty and after a number of requests from house owners and regular customers we have decided to offer a reward scheme where you can save money on your car hire.
For every four cars you hire from us (this does not have to be the same supplier or location as long as the car is booked with us) we will offer 5% discount on your fifth rental. If you book for family or friends or recommend someone this will all count against your loyalty discount. To claim your discount on your fifth rental all we ask you to do is send in the four HCIS reference numbers (eg HCIS 0056218) when you book your fifth rental and we will amend the price on your fifth rental to show the 5% saving. Please note once the ref. number has been claimed it will be added to our database and cannot be used towards a loyalty reward again.
This is also available from our Worldwide Car hire website www.carhiresuperstore.com and all bookings on this site will also count towards receiving your discount on your fifth booking on either of our sites. So whether you are going to Spain or any other Worldwide destination eg Orlando you can make great savings.
This will be in place from today so any bookings already made with collection from today onwards will count so don't delay and book your car hire today and why not recommend a friend or colleague so that fifth rental come round that bit sooner!
We are a small family run business that concentrates on customer care and we hope this saving will go some way to buying a San Miguel or two!

We try to make sure we are cheaper than any price you can find direct on our suppliers' website, if you do find it cheaper on their website we will beat that price. We will also try and match any prices you find online that offers like-for-like car hire. We are confident you are getting the cheapest prices, especially when you take into account our great fuel policies!

If you find your car cheaper since you booked it then don’t worry as part of our price promise just e-mail us the details and as long as the car is still available we will change the prices and send you a new voucher, there is no need to re-book as we do it all for you it really is a simple as that.

We understand people look around for the best deal but what looks like a great deal might not always be that, with all car hire fuel, size of car and extras like additional drivers, baby seats etc should be taken into account when looking at the overall costs of the car. We have great prices and are constantly checking and amending rates to give you the best possible deals but if you have found it cheaper elsewhere let us know and we will try where possible to beat it for you or at least let you know what it includes and more importantly what it doesn’t!

Our Cancellation Policy - We offer free cancellation at any time up to the start of the rental. We do ask you to contact us via email to request the cancellation - this frees up the car for other customers.
Curtailment - If you need to return your car before the planned date, and it's practical to do so, please let us know in advance. The rules vary by supplier but expect not to get any refund for the unused days.
